MCC Clothing Closet

Each year MCC gives away hundreds of pieces of gently used clothing to members of our community that are in need through our on-site Clothes Closet.  We carry clothing, shoes, and accessories in all sizes for men, women, and children.  If you or someone you know could benefit from this free clothing service, please call the church (412-372-1333 – Extension 5) to set up an appointment to pick up clothing.  Clothes donations are also accepted at the church during business hours Tuesday through Friday.

MCC Manor Care Visit

Church volunteers coordinate a bimonthly visit and time of worship with the residents of Manor Care, a local nursing home near Monroeville Community Church. The purpose of this ministry is to serve individuals who are unable to attend a traditional service due to health issues or special transportation needs. MCC volunteers offer an on-site church service to the residents as well as a time of celebration with songs and crafts. The Lord’s Supper is also provided upon occasion. The gathering starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends between 3:30-3:45 p.m. The Monroeville church family welcomes volunteers of all ages to participate in the outreach. For more information contact Lisa Lowden at 412-372-1333.
